Imagine yourself in a plane about to take off and suddenly you are shot up into space. This is exactly how the astronauts on Apollo ll the Lunar Landing felt when shot up into an unknown, nonhuman explored area. Of the two passages, “To Fly” by Neil deGrasse Tyson best portrays the dream or fantasy of human flight. One way that “To Fly” describes human flight better is by referring to the idea of Chuck Yeager and how he broke the sound barrier. When Chuck was younger and worked in the US Army, he piloted the first-ever Bell X-1 plane.
Have you ever been watched every second of the day, even doing little things like going to the bathroom? Does someone constantly tell you what to do and how to do it? In the book 1984 this is how most of the people of Oceania lived. They are controlled by the “Big Brother” that nobody knows who are what it really is. In this society they go by three slogans and which says in the book, “FREEDOME IS SALVERY, WAR IS PEACE and IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH”.
Liberty is being free of restrictions that is set on you for certain beliefs, groups. For example, in California if a frog dies during a jumping contest you can not eat it. That is a restriction has to be payed to enforce. Although it might have seemed reasonable at the time to keep competitors from other frogs in the contest , it now it can give you a chuckle when you read it.
Another freedom important to me is being to enjoy myself without any fear of the government. In America you can do what you want as long as it is legal and can 't be punished by the government without a fair trial if you are accused of a crime.
Freedom is a type of living that everyone in the world would appreciate having. Some people live in a communist country or a country where freedom do not exist and everything is controlled by the government. With many rules and regulations proposed by the government, people feel that it takes away from their freedoms. Nonetheless, America was established upon freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. People want to live this way along with protection from danger.
Freedom is he ability to be yourself at any given time, and any given
There is an abundance of early modern human remains found with the bodies purposefully placed therefore it is widely acknowledged and accepted that this primitive species buried their dead (Peyrony, 1921). Furthermore due to the careful and relatively recent burial skeletons are well preserved, degradation of the remains is slight therefore improving the quality and quantity of remains for analysis. This consistent evidence reflects the developed social behaviours of early modern humans; the ceremonious treatment of the bodies of the dead shows a spiritual or ritualistic awareness. Burial of the dead may even show the faint beginnings of religion, a belief to bring the band of early modern humans together; with a social focal point.
Freedom is the ability to love whomever we want, It is when you give without expecting a favor, It is the power to forgive when you've been mistaken, it is the capability to do right without being proud of it. To me Freedom is America, Freedom is the 13 horizontal stripes and the 50 stars waving in the wind, and finally Freedom is for everyone to be equal, yet different in his or her own way. Freedom to me is America, as simple as that. On July 4th, 1776 America gained freedom from Great Britain, for this is one of the most important dates in American history.
Freedom means to do anything one want to do, but one can’t do anything against the law. For example, one can wear whatever clothes he or she wants. One can go to any school he or she desires. I’m happy about my freedom to use the internet. I’m also happy that I can wear whatever I want without being questioned or judged.
Freedom, is one of the biggest things that America has given to us. It allows us to be able to do things we do today. Sports, school being able to go and do those things is a privilege. Being able to go to college.
The first time I ever experienced freedom was when I came to America. Sometimes freedom ain 't really for all, you still have to follow all rules, and obey your parents. The word *Freedom* means to me is that you may have the right to do what you think is right, and you don’t really have to be one of those people out there that have no right. Even if you don’t have any right you can always dream, and experienced from the people around you, and your friends. When people always tell me what’s right, or wrong, that annoys me.
I think America’s greatest gift to my generation is the freedom that allows each individual to reach their full potential. After much dedication, commitment, and perseverance, past generations have made being the best you can be possible. Freedom is the power to act, speak, or think the way you want to without restraint. Being free is important because it leads to creativity, originality, and an overall high quality in life. People who live in freedom tend to ignore it and take it for granted.
Freedom is the ability to do whatever one wants without restraint. Many people in our country take freedom for granted, while many suffer from the lack of freedom in other countries. Freedom is when you choose all of your actions, which is what was meant for everyone. Making choices of your own is how you learn and grow. When you are in a position without freedom, somebody withholds it.
Freedom Anyone in the world with an occasional source of internet has no choice but to see the seemingly outrageous news stories, posted weekly on events in the US. American’s have made their distrust in the government more than obvious, which in many cases, the government has provoked. The largest debate in the states today is the with the concept of freedom and where the lines are drawn between social security, equality, and one’s rights. Freedom is and always has been heavily emphasized in the development of the 50 states. It’s brought peace and war both figuratively and literally.
Freedom means the power or right to act, speak, or think without restraint, and the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. Freedom is the correction to do what he/she wants, live life, and eat what he/she wants. How do we live free? We live free by not judging other people’s freedom rights. Everyone has their own rights.
