focuses on "job‐readiness" and “job matching” through Job Coaching. The purpose of the company is to find our clients a job environment that suit their interests, supports their needs, personality, and skills. We partner with organizations to offer a one month non‐paid internship with various positions. We aim to help over two hundred participants in a year’s time. What is job coaching? Job Coaches supports the employer as well as the individual with a disability equally. However, they are also willing to offer consultation services to parents, community support programs and funding agencies. Objective of the Internship: • To help people with disabilities increase their skills in order to increase their employment opportunities. • To expose our partner companies to the disabled and make them recognize their skills and manifold talents that can be used in the in the interest of the business. • To increase the percentage of people with disabilities working in organizations.
