Children or your spouse may have upset the employee at home and when the employee got to work they were still angry, which may easily translate over to a co-worker as a bad attitude towards them. If employees are not careful their bad attitude could affect their customers and cost the company a profit loss. Employees need to be trained how to leave their negative attitudes at home, never bring it through the company’s door. “When people feel pressured in many different aspects of their life, they sometimes lash out in non-productive ways,” (Root 2014). “If an employee seems to be having problems communicating with co-workers, sit the employee down and ask them why they are being difficult.
