The purpose of this reflection paper of the book “Got style? Personality-based evangelism” is to present the findings to indiviuals and churches who have trouble with finding their own style for sharing their faith with the world. It will also provide a summary of the main points and highlight the key features that make the reader want to learn more. The most valuable strength the author shares is the encouragement it gives to people who think they can’t evangelized. It allows them to find the style that works for them and do it. The author has an astonishing arrangement of practical tools, endorsed resources, and strong biblical studies with modern-day illustrations. They give ordinary Christians confidence to share their faith without losing friends or making enemies. This writer observed several things the book is: it is both theologically and biblically sound, it is the inclusive process for implementing evangelism, it is a lifetime of pastoral church experience, it is concise and crystal clear for all bodies of the church, and it is a helpful ways to implement diverse personality-based evangelism. From this writer’s personal experience most books on evangelism are more focused on personal evangelist, but the author take time to help develop a church culture to receive people accepting the faith. This writer also can share after reading the book that it gives a huge relief to individuals who feel the pressure of trying the match their personality with the right systems of evangelism. The author proposes six different methods of evangelism that is based on six types of personality. Doing the self-assessment questionnaire will assist in selecting the one or two styles that come close to the individual’s personality type described in the book. The results will also explain the type’s strength and weakness, biblical studies, and outreach suggestions (111-132).
