Vandalism “After a period of increase between 1982 and 1994, the juvenile arrest rate for vandalism fell 73% between 1994 and 2014.”Vandalism has occurred that is bad because it ruins people’s property . Vandalism is that good & bad because when vandalizing can be taking out stress is it also good because they can show off their talent . For example : “ Vandalism is expression and that is what makes it art. Graffiti, a vandalism sub-genre, is differentiated by its aesthetics, or its message.However, graffiti straddles the line between pure art and pure vandalism.
