The Effect of Unity of School Leaders, Teachers, Parents, and the Community in Students’ Lives Educational research has proven that meaningful family and community involvement is crucial to student success. In this process, students’ achievement is improved, and they are equipped to be productive and globally-competitive citizens. Schools cannot be seen as the only institution/source in control of student success. Student’ lives are influenced by so many factors around them. When we educators do not take the opportunity to create a home-school-community partnership designed to develop student success, we jeopardize our students’ future.
