Per Reporter: On 2-28-2018 it was disclosed that Hallie was active out sexual nature of the school bus. Hallie has other children (girl and boy) kiss her bottom (vagina) with her pants down and kisses her nunu (chest) with her shirt pulled up. The reporter did not provide the children's identity. This has been going on for a while. It is unknown what is meant by a while. This occurred when the teacher assistant/bus monitor (unknown) gets off the bus. There only four to five students on the bus including Hallie. One of the children (girl) disclosed to the teacher assistants/bus monitor that Hallie wanted her to start back kissing her. The reporter did not found about this until today (2/28/2018) by asking the students on the bus about the alleged allegation. Hallie voluntary stated to the reporter that: "Nothing is going on in my house. We (family) don't watch anything." The reporter did not mention the alleged allegation when Hallie disclosed this information. Once, Hallie disclosed this information, Hallie started to cried and stated that: "The bad principal from her another school (Hebron Christian) was doing this and said I was doing this to another child (boy)." Hallie stated to the reporter: "That her dad (Lane) and mom (Lisa) makes her sleep in the bed with them in the middle. Hallie is not allowed to sleep anywhere in the home; not even in her sister's (unknown) bedroom. Lane watched people on the TV kissing, doing other things and doing a lot of humping. It is unknown what is the Hallie stated that: "Lane kiss on her. " It is unknown when he was kissing Hallie. Lisa stated to Hallie that: "She cannot tell anybody because they (CPS) will take her away. " The reporter stated that this is the first time this has occurred with Hallie at the school.
