CASA stands for court appointed court advocates and is a program that has been created to stand up for children in the foster care system and to help them fight for a safe home ("National Court Appointed). The mission statement for CASA is together with state and local member programs CASA supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy so every abused or neglected child in the U.S. can be safe, have a permanent home and opportunity to thrive ("National Court Appointed). I really connect with CASA because in the future I would love to either foster, adopt or both. I would love to give a permanent home to a child who has no real place to call home. At the sisterhood retreat we had a CASA advisor come to us talk about her job.
The Foundation is looking at organizations that collaborate and strengthen systems of care. Preference is given to Baltimore, MD communities for the veterans. Eligible organizations are committed to mental health and the elimination of barriers, have the ability to demonstrate long term outcomes. The eligible organization must have an (501)( c )(3) and has existing services for veterans. I am confident this RFP is worth pursuing because the grant proposal includes the organizations eligibility and demonstrates various preferences aligned with the Foundation and the goals of grant seeker (Ward, 2012).

CYP IAPT has four core principles, Evidence Based Practice (EBP), Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM), Participation, and Reflective Practice. This essay will focus on the two principles of EBP and ROM and will consider the challenges of implementing these within the modality of parenting and within the wider context of practise within the children centres.
One of the organizations I am proud to donate to is the United Service Organizations, or USO. Since 1941, the USO has supported troops at home and abroad. With the intent to lift the spirits of troops and their family members, the organization endeavors to provide a “home away from home” feeling for all the families dealing with the rigors of serving overseas. The organization became famous for its Camp Shows over the years--with some occurring in active war zones. To make this all possible, the USO relies heavily on private donations.

Implementation of this act required that all states provide mental health services to all children under the age of twenty-two. The state of Arizona’s Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Division of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS) funds MMIH (Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care, 2016). Therefore, policy and macros issues related to Arizona health care, directly impact funding to the RTC and services to clients such as
If the council is unable to provide a client with their services they will seek new resources for the client and they will refer the client to other treatment facilities The weakness that I have seen is between the staff is not often, but there has been miscommunication between the staff. One example is that one staff member set an individual for another staff member and the staff member was not notified of the appointment. The client showed up for the individual and the staff member was unable to see the client, because of his prior comments that

Strategies In the past there have been arguments between agencies and professionals over funding and arguments over who does what, which obstructed closer professional working. A number of strategies have now been developed that focus on improving co-operation for the benefit of those using services. 1) Multi-agency working: The support planning process and single assessment process have inspired bigger inter-agency cooperation with the individuals needs being central to the process.

Partnership working means that, all agencies and professionals work together to safeguard children. Each professional or agency will have a different role to play but each of them is all as important. Good communication between them all is vital and failing to do so could mean that a child who is suffering will be left unnoticed.
