Introduction What I will be talking about in this project is what my career is like. What the person I interviewed talked about and what they said there job is like and what they do in their job and why they like it so much. Career Information The things that I know about my career are, I know I will have to work hard and long hours to become successful. In this job you cannot take time off because there is so much stuff you have to learn in this business. Most businesses will hire you with experience in this workplace. They also make new recipes that they put out in books. Every blender that they make is special and can do something different than the last one. They also come out with a new recipe book every time they come out with a new blender. The book always have new recipes that will high light what that blender can do. B. Interview So what I learned in this interview is that it takes a lot of hard work to get somewhere in this business. It took my cousin 15 years to get where he is today. I asked him what he does in his work place. He does Research and development and tests a new equipment, he also trains new people that comes in as well. He works with other chefs around the world and what they use in their kitchens. Their business in Cleveland gets about 1,500 customers a day and he travels a lot to see other people in different states and goes a lot of conventions to see what other people have come up with. Institutions So the education that is required to be a chef is not extensive at all. You can become a chef straight out of high school and learn the business though working its just that it could be hard to get a job because you have no experience and in this profession in
