Introduction Harkness CO have been acquiring major concerns with their employees. The situation in which including more absences & their morale performance in the workplace. The company have come to a conclusion, the issues may be resulting into the new work policy changes. Where Harkness Co have changed their work policy. Employees are no longer entitled to work flexibility. The new work policy indicates all employees must work. Monday to friday 9-5 everyday. Due to the new work policy, the compulsory hours are 9-5 everyday. Harkness Co have stopped funding free coffee and tea in the workplace. The company offers consultancy for advertising and marketing, perceived by the clients involving the branding, marketing , advertising and the social media presence. Over time, the company have been severely struggling in regards to their employees. The morale performance and attendance rate have decreased significantly. All started occurring after the work policy changes. The ceo have decided to ask volunteers to be apart of a qualitative analysis. To observe and identify the major concern, which are resulting the employees morale performance and attendance to decrease. Before the work policies were implemented the employees were entitled to flexible working hours ,receiving free tea and coffee whilst at work.Most employees used the flexible hours to complete other commitments, dropping the kids off at school, picking them up after school. As the work policy changed , employees must be in the office 9-5 monday to friday. This has disrupted the working lifestyle of most employees with younger children. This concern may be resulting in the absence of most employees. Taking time off to complete other commitments, during the monday to friday 9-5 working schedule. Harkness Co, have stopped funding the daily essentials for most employees, such as tea and coffee.
