In Romeo and Juliet, by William Shakespeare, two young kids from feuding families experience love at first sight. Over just a few days, their love mends the age-old feud, but Romeo, Juliet, and many others have to pay the ultimate price in the process. All characters in the play contribute in some way to the sad, awful ending that occurs. There were two characters in Romeo amd Juliet that played an even bigger or more important role in the story.
