The end of the war resulted in 17 million dead, another 10 million wounded, and a treaty leaving many frustrated Germans ready to start another war. Although territorial loss influenced World War 2, the main causes were military restrictions, war guilt, and reparations.

This shows how when they were first used, they weren’t very well developed as it was new, primitive technology, and were mostly used as defensive weapons due to their immobility.

Wepons evolve in war because the ary want better wepons to end the war faster but does it really end the war faster or does it give the emeny a surprise and give them an idea to make the same wepond for there army. The wepons that made an big effect on the war were the Tank, the flamethrower, rifle and the poisn gas.

The Central Powers and Allies both used a variety of weapons such as machine guns, chemical weapons , clothing, biplanes, artillery, tanks, grenades, and rifles. These weapons were state of the art for the early 20th century. These weapons caused casualties to skyrocket as the Allies and the Central Powers were in a stalemate.
