There is a central question that Connell develops throught the story that makes the audience think, are people born good or bad? The follow-up question to this that follows the them and plot is if all people are

The Choice to be Made Andy, a sixteen year old boy in Hunter’s story “On The Sidewalk Bleeding,” wanted to be known as a Royal, but after representing his gang he attracted more attention to himself and got stabbed by a rival gang. So, while he laid in an alley bleeding out he decided to remove his Royals jacket so nobody would ignore his death. Then, he was found dead by Laura and a cop who got the wrong impression after finding the Royal’s jacket near Andy’s deceased body. In the author’s short story, he tells the last moments of Andy’s life to show regret is something that is likely to happen when people do not think about a life changing decision before they make it. Choices are important to think about thoroughly.
The novel clearly stresses the importance of understanding someone’s life before we judge their

Before I read the book Because of Mr.Terupt by Rob Buyea, I believed that people and events don’t influence who you become. But now that I’ve read about the characters, Jeffrey, Jeffrey’s mom, and Alexia, I realised people and events can influence who you become. One reason I believe people and events influence who you become, is Jeffrey started hating everything (especially school) after his brother died, that was a big event in his life. He said “ I’m no good in school. School sucks.”.
McKinley Meggison Mrs.Juhas 6-7th hour 2-10-23 Steve is a monster. You are a murderer, you killed an innocent old man!!! Steve was a 16 year old boy living in New York City, he had a positive vibe and liked to do photography. One day he saw there was a robbery and the owner was killed (nesbitt).
Ultimately, the story forewarns that other people’s perception of one's character and who they are as a person just may be what defines them-This is apparent as Steve struggles with his view of himself during his time in court and prison, how O’Brien successfully defends Steve in court yet still believes he is guilty, and how Steve’s family and friends react to the trial and subsequent acquittal. These people who stand by Steve, like his family and film teacher, serve as evidence that Steve is not, in fact, a monster. One of the ways the reader sees the theme unfold is Steve’s own view of himself throughout the story. Steve does not believe he is guilty.
It is of the utmost necessity to analyze all pieces of evidence in order to reach a valid conclusion on one’s nature. If just one component is removed, then the entire decision is altered. 2.2 presents the audience with the final piece of insight on the true intentions of the characters that is needed to fully define their
People can make their own personal decisions based on the social condition, punishments, and morals. “Why did you do it?” Everyone wants to know. People keep talking and asking and wondering, but nobody knows. He had it coming.
My character’s choices up to this point very in many different ways. Although one really stuck out to me more than the others. The time Ponyboy and Johnny decided to run away. To start, Ponyboy and Johnny while talking about Ponyboys mother fell asleep in the Lot. However, this turns out to have dire consequences when Ponyboy gets home to a troubled Darry Which could impact Darry’s feelings towards Ponyboy.
For example, Edna made a choice, and her choice determined her end. Similarly, Gatsby made a choice, and his choice determined his end. Tim O 'Brien made a choice to go to war, and he came back a hero. Celie made a choice to share her husband with Shug,
