How Does Altrusa Work To Make Significant Improvements To Our Community

Altrusa International is working to be the leader among International organizations. It's membership networks like Hermiston Altrusa work to make significant improvements to our community. In order to grow within the community, the women of Altrusa provide support to local clubs and the International organization by encouraging community service, stimulating growth opportunities, and communicating information in order to promote leadership. Within our community, Altrusa is extremely active. They encourage community service young adults to dedicate themselves to growth and their community by chasing their passions. While supporting education, they have failed to establish a report with all grade levels. The organization offers a variety of recourse that would be beneficial for our local elementary schools. By connecting Altrusa members with school facility, resources and connections could be used. For instance, Hermiston Altrusa has connections to varies Authors. By connecting the organization with media assistance and school administrations both parties could benefit. Students would be able to meet a real author and discuss a variety of literary topics. At the same time, Altrusa would be able to connect with young students in order to engage them with learning. A great way for Altrusa to connect with school administration and students is to develop outreach documents. One of the biggest improvements that I see would beneficial would be a flyer. This would allow Altrusa to outreach through many steam different sectors such as schools, district offices, community boards and various businesses. This would allow all community members to understand the needs of the organization as well as the events being put on. This would boost attendance as well as get the community involved. The flyer needs to be clean and symmetrical. Once designed it should contain an elegant color scheme, which will allow the information stand out without looking
