Starting in the early days, Medicare and Medicaid have made an impact on society. Both became known all around the world when President Lyndon B. Johnson signed amendments to the Social Security Act on July 30, 1965. They have been in business for 51 years, and currently together have a huge amount of Health Insurance Coverage for about 105 million civilians. Medicare and Medicaid have been of great benefit all over the country. Although they are quite similar, Medicare and Medicaid have many differences.
To begin with, this year Medicare has about 55 million users, making it one of the most popular health insurance plans on Earth.
