Although, according to the examination of many definitions, it may be debated that professionalism is composed mainly of professional culture and also obviously something more. The consensus of definition offers professionalism to go beyond professional culture by outlining the work implemented by the profession, as manifested in accepted roles and accountabilities, main functions and remits, series of essential skills and knowledge, and the general qualities of job-related tasks. Whereas professional culture may be conceived as joint ideologies, values and broad attitudes towards working a configuration of conceptions, activities, associations, language and symbols specific to a particular social building (Hoyle and Wallace, 2005, p. 103)
