How Our Organization will Evolve over Time
Growth is important. Remaining the same is never good weather you are an individual or an organization. Change and growth are key factors in making an organization long lasting. Additionally we have our employees to think about. The evolution of the organization can be important for the retention of employees and the desirability to the customer. Our organization will evolve in three ways: Work Force, Infrastructure, and Customer Relatability. The first way our organization will evolve is in the Customer Relatability. As our organization grows it will discover new ways to connect to the custom. As our customer base grows and we really measure the wants and needs of our customers we will be able to relate to them better. As our customer base grows and the demand for our organization grows a need for a larger work force will arise. This will give our organization appeal to the work force. Employees will have a desire to work hard for the organization because of the likelihood of growth and opportunity to move up. As our workforce grows day one employees will advance to higher paid management level positions and new employees will be added to the work force. This addition of employees will help evolve the company in many ways. The third way our company will evolve is infrastructure. As the customer base grows and the work force grows the infrastructure must also grow. New process will be necessary. New positions will need to be created. The infrastructure must change for the growth and evolution of the organization or the organization will suffocate itself. With the change of these three points will come a need for new equipment, new facilities, new levels of management and supervision. The infrastructure of the company will be evolving to fit these
