This memorandum is introduced the significant and effective policies, which would require implementing in the country to prevent the fall down of ethics in the corporate sectors in the upcoming future. This is because that the ethics in corporate are also incorporated several rules and laws related to business with the moral values that lead only benefits of related societies. Hence, the business organizations have applied the corporate ethics in a different meaning and a different context to improve their image and reputation to get competitive growth and advantages (Brink, 2011). Corporate ethics are used by business organizations because it is directly related to the recent changes and development in the business environment. It was mainly used in businesses in the era of 1970.
On the other hand, corporate ethics force organizations and related people to apply the good business practices to reduce the corruption deals and scandals, which raised the need of ethical working environment. In the same manner, corporate ethics refers the use of systems in a business process, which could help the non related person to know about the movement of organizations in the market.
