Ladies and gentlemen, I am Dr. Anne Howard and I am the Dean of the students here at the University of Michigan. I am so pleased to be with you tonight and to have the chance to introduce our keynote speaker, Akosua Atweaban. She is a notable alumni of this school and has gone on to become Head Nurse at New York-Presbyterian University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. She has been one of the top nurses at this hospital for several years, and is a true stand out in this field.
Bloom, Dan. "Organic vegetarian restaurant owner convicted of poor treatment of his herd of cows after two cows and a calf die. " Daily Mail Online. Associated Newspapers, 13 June 2014.
Hello, Singh. How are you doing? How was your night? I hope you had a restful night and a splendid and safe day. About your message from yesterday, I told you that I read it slowly and paying too much attention in every word you wrote.
Good afternoon, My husband and I went to Red Lobster for my birthday on 4/23/17 and I would like to express some appreciation for one of your servers Mrs. Pat. Mrs. Pat is AMAZING!!!! She gave over the top quality service with a smile. She was knowledgeable about the menu by helping customers who were undecided of what they wanted.
Ladies and gentlemen, Ron, or Ronald Kenneth Junni to give him his Sunday name, but most just knew him as Ron, so that’s what I’ll call him today. Ron was a man with a strong character, and tenacious with it, and quite prepared to fight for the things he wanted in life. He had a few opinions along the way, if we’re honest, but at least you always knew where you stood, what you saw was most definitely that you got with Ron. Ron was a proud family man, and a good husband of almost fifty years, and this father of one, grandfather of four, and great-grandfather to two, had a great sense of humour, and would regularly have them all laughing with his funny stories.
I would be honored to tell you a little bit about my culture. Yom Kippur is an important holiday that is celebrated on the 10th day of Tishri. It’s a day to make up for the sins of the past years. We dedicate our mind, body, and soul with God. Kaddish is also a tradition that the Jews follow.
People today shouldn’t take the things they have for granted. This doesn't mean they shouldn't live life the way they choose, but they should definitely consider all the facts. We all have to be smart about the things we choose to do, because one day our family may not be there to help or to greet us when we return. The choices made impact both the person making the choices and the people around
Good evening class of 2016 and guests. It is an honor to stand before you tonight. If I 'm being completely honest, I was absolutely clueless about what to say in this speech. But over the past few weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to reflect on what Baldwin High School has meant to me and what comes next. And during my reflection, I found myself thinking about time.
I was just wondering in the Morning about life of a CA student and I must say that its not that much easy. Everyone of us know how difficult it is to manage Studies with classes, apprenticeship, training and studies all together. Our day starts with rushing for the classes and ends on doing late night self study..
My son and I, we no longer stand eye to eye, he is growing up way to fast for me. Jack, I swear in the past 16 years every day you have touched my heart in some way. I know that some family and friends expect you to act a certain way, but I have raised you, to be honest, and speak your mind I'm delighted that you don't follow others and are different most world changers are. No matter how long those legs of yours grow or how high I have to look up to you, you will always be my son God has put, special men in your life. I believe it doesn't get any better than your Dad, and Papa I want you to remember son when you start to second guess yourself.
This is to ask you let me apologize. I'm not sure it is ok to do so here, but let me just at least write a sorry to you (and explanations and hopes, I know it might be just annoying but wished to share). I'm very sorry about last night and same past events which I think awful to everyone on the site. I'm sorry to scared you and made you feel sick. And for the past events.
PARIS Give me the torch, boy. Go away and keep your distance. Put the torch out, so I won’t be seen. Hide under the trees over there. Make sure to listen so no one is coming through the graveyard.
Second time. Congratulations. And our many friends from Africa. This is a double celebration today because I understood from the First Lady, from Margaret, that you have a granddaughter. Now I don't know what is harder, to bring a granddaughter to the world or to get re-elected.
Happy 40th birthday.” “Can you believe it? You have made it through 40 years of hardships, heartbreaks and challenges. Only a strong person could have made it this far with smile
I would like to make a toast to my parents, I want to start by thanking them for all that they have done for me. I can say without a doubt that they have made me into the person I am today. I can’t thank them enough for taking me to dance, gymnastics, softball, baseball and 4-H practices. A huge thanks goes to my mom because I don’t know how she managed to care for me and my brother or keep the house up and work all while my dad was over seas. People say that my Dad is a hero and he is, but Mom your superwoman.
