He replied “why are you becoming like me? Son I always wanted you to be different than what I am. I always wished that my son would become a different person. Today I can proudly say my son is walking in my dream shoes.” He then told me to go to sleep.
In the early hours of October 16th, when he started to decline quickly, he said that we had never gotten around to writing you the letter. I promised him I would let you know how he felt about you. He wanted you to know that you were such an inspiration to him growing up.
First, to the those who have made this night possible. I, and all the other graduates sitting here tonight would like to thank the Winton Woods High School Administration, Counselors, Teachers, as well as those from around the district, including the Winton Woods School District Board of Education and Superintendent for the countless nights that they invested in us over the past 13 years. While many times it felt like you were being unreasonable and much harder than necessary, we can see now, your persistent nature was borne from your unadulterated passion to ameliorate our lives for decades to come. Second, on behalf of the Winton Woods Class of 2017, we would all like to extend our deepest appreciation to the friends and family in attendance tonight.
Hello, Singh. How are you doing? How was your night? I hope you had a restful night and a splendid and safe day. About your message from yesterday, I told you that I read it slowly and paying too much attention in every word you wrote.
Cory: Good morning, I would like to thank all of you here for coming to support my family and me as we grieve over the death of my father, the beloved Troy Maxson. I originally was not planning on coming here today, but I decided that my heart does not have enough room for any regrets. My father was no angel and because of that our family suffered through many hardships, but for anyone of you out there who hold a grudge against him, I ask that right now, you forgive hime, jsut like I had done ten minutes ago when I stood infront of the Church’s Doors. I want everyone to understand, that no matter how high he put himself on the pedestal, he was human and just like the rest of us in this room he made mistakes. He had no example of what a true man
Eulogy to Peter’s Father (Tommy) 1949 it was. Four years after the conclusion of World War II, my family and I decided to take the offer that gave us the opportunity to immigrate here to Australia. The Australian Government had issued a public address in Germany and many of our neighbouring countries, inviting survivors of the war to Australia. Many of us viewed Australia as a refuge; a haven that promised freedom, safety, protection and a new start in life.
Dear Daddy, With your compassion, spirit; you always watched over us. With your patient spirit; you remind us to wait for the right man. With your lovely spirit; you showed us how to stand on our own. With your understanding spirit; you taught us to have strength and courage. Now, I can say proudly; you were a wonderful father.
Ladies and gentlemen, Ron, or Ronald Kenneth Junni to give him his Sunday name, but most just knew him as Ron, so that’s what I’ll call him today. Ron was a man with a strong character, and tenacious with it, and quite prepared to fight for the things he wanted in life. He had a few opinions along the way, if we’re honest, but at least you always knew where you stood, what you saw was most definitely that you got with Ron. Ron was a proud family man, and a good husband of almost fifty years, and this father of one, grandfather of four, and great-grandfather to two, had a great sense of humour, and would regularly have them all laughing with his funny stories.
Good evening, we have recently experienced the death of a young man in high school. Matthew was born on July 23, 2002. He moved all around the country and settled into Phoenix, Arizona for high school. He attended Brophy college prep, until his death. He was kind and generous.
My father has always been in the military. He has been for 25 years now. I have been so lucky to stay in Yellowknife for 8 years, to be in one place for longer than 4 years. So lucky that my dad decided to choose his family over his job, put us first, and became a reservist in the air force. This means that he stays wherever he is, and doesn’t get posted anywhere else unless he wants to get moved.
Thursday night my mom, dad, and I were sitting by our fireplace. It was so quiet that I could hear the crackling of the hot embers, and the scent of the pine wood, burning under the bright flame filled my nose. I felt so happy that my father might be able to stay with us for a whole two weeks. We rarely get to see him because of him being a mover for a moving company. I looked at my father, who looked as though he was going to say something very desperately.
Thank you very much for your reply. It is not necessary to apologize. I know that you are doing your job and this is part of the process. To further clarify the situation, my husband and I were both previously married to other people and each had one kid from our previous marriages. Gabriella is my husband's biological daughter from a previous marriage and Ralph is my biological son from mine.

I would like to make a toast to my parents, I want to start by thanking them for all that they have done for me. I can say without a doubt that they have made me into the person I am today. I can’t thank them enough for taking me to dance, gymnastics, softball, baseball and 4-H practices. A huge thanks goes to my mom because I don’t know how she managed to care for me and my brother or keep the house up and work all while my dad was over seas. People say that my Dad is a hero and he is, but Mom your superwoman.
