I have learned so much in Drug Abuse Resistance Education { D.A.R.E } that I will use for the rest of my life . Such as peer pressure , drug health effects,as well as alcohol health effects . I am going to tell you what I have learned and how I will use D.A.R.E . D.A.R.E is so important because it teaches you so many great life skills some that are more important that we are taught . Peer pressure , signs of stress , communication styles , and drug and alcohol health effects . But the most important thing we learned is to make good decisions no matter what . It is so helpful in so many ways ! I plan to use the D.D.M.M . I will use it to make amazing decisions by , narrowing down my operations and pick the one that is best for me . I will also use the method that we were taught like drug and alcohol abuse , peer pressure , stress signs . D.A.R.E is very helpful, D.A.R.E was help me not to be inchicore . To just go for it . To take what other people say and run with it if someone says that I won't make it . ill turn it into ! I will make it . D.A.R.E has help with a lot of different things . it has helped with insecurity and confidence . when im speak to, speak with confidence to speak like I mean. not to speak like I have no clue what to do . when i'm at a interview go walk with confidence and speak with confidence . I will achieve my goals . Throughout D.A.R.E I have talked with my family . To tell them please do not smoke and don't do drugs . I have had a talk with my brother about doing the right thing in school and at home . My brother is in 4th grade and i try to keep him on the right track .Because my dad smokes and my dad does drink alot and i dont want him to end up like my dad . Because my dad does these thing i try to tell my brother that it isn't ok to do these things . my little brother that is five he thinks that it is ok and i have to tell him it isn't ok . I tell them JUST DON’T DO IT AT ALL
