Impact Of President Trump's Leadership Style On Immigrant Youth

Introduction

Every leader has a specific leadership style when leading a group of people. For instance, when analyzing a leader, it is important to identify his or her sources of power, leadership style, strengths and how this leader is able to manage and handle a conflict in the most ethical way. Rath (2008) stated that a successful leader will not try to manage everything but relies on a strong team formed by people with different strengths. President Trump’s leadership style, strengths, socioeconomic status, power, and race will be discussed in this paper and how this impacts immigrant youth in this country.

It could be expected that his social skills would be extremely strong as a leader and a well-known public figure.
