In terms of Deutsche Bank, Josef Ackermann supposed it has become much more complex to manage risk in banks because the financial market are turning into political market. Therefore, the leaders have to have the skills and understandings of political and social risks as well and what we learn at university is not enough to manage the risk efficiently. For Carlos Ghosn, there are two kinds of crisis, coming from internal and external. The internal crisis comes from the bad management, and the external ones are unpredictable factors like disasters or collapsing like Lehman Brothers. Nowadays, due to the fast moves of technology, the world turned into more infringe and the chance of external crisis will be higher and unexpected. Consequently, it is important for leaders to know how to adapt to the sudden changes and be prepared more than what business school do for them.
