In the 21st century, it is undeniable that leadership play a vital role in not only the development but also the survival of an organization. However, it is a huge challenge to manage the leadership well in the globalized and fascinated changing age now, even for the leaders of largest organizations in the world. In terms of Deutsche Bank, Josef Ackermann supposed it has become much more complex to manage risk in banks because the financial market are turning into political market. Therefore, the leaders have to have the skills and understandings of political and social risks as well and what we learn at university is not enough to manage the risk efficiently. For Carlos Ghosn, there are two kinds of crisis, coming from internal and external. The internal crisis comes from the bad management, and the external ones are unpredictable factors like disasters or collapsing like Lehman Brothers. Nowadays, due to the fast moves of technology, the world turned into more infringe and the chance of external crisis will be higher and unexpected. Consequently, it is important for leaders to know how to adapt to the sudden changes and be prepared more than what business school do for them. The main themes emerged from conversation with Ellen Kullman and Shimon Peres is related to sciences. They all dignify the ideas more than the materials. The greatest examples are Google, Facebook or Apple which is the products created by the individuals` ideas.
