Communication can be one-on-one or involve multiple parties at once. Also, communication is verbal, non-verbal, and written. Norman will use oral and written communication to distribute ASDA’s new plan. Norman’s communication strategy will help gain ASDA personnel’s support for the shift to autonomy and empowerment.
