A combination of the structural, technological and the behavioral strategies will be used when implementing the change behaviors of the ABC.org staff. The behavioral strategy will be heavily relied upon to initiate the changes that are needed. In particular the focus of the organization will be brought around to focus more on the individual employee and less on the organization. In the recent past with pending renovations and heavy campaigning for the funds to complete these renovations, the individual employee has gotten lost in the organization. The author of this paper will bring the focus back to each employee. As discussed in a previous assignment the ABC.org will be implementing the appreciative inquiry method to bring about a major change within the organization. This implementation lends itself very will to the behavioral strategy since it will change the behaviors of the staff at every level of the organization. The method in which the appreciative inquiry approach is implemented will allow the employees, supervisors, managers, vice presidents, and even the CEO all feel as though they are approachable. The design will be such that no employee will feel that they do not have the ability to converse comfortably with those that are structurally much higher on the ladder. One will envision an organization where each employee knows the CEO and will feel comfortable conversing with her on a regular basis.
