A. Endothon is customer-focused and they value the outcome and the efficiency in reaching its goal of safety and change, which is an example of why I think it has a market culture. This type of society in an organization has an external focus and it values stability/control over employee development and satisfaction. Because of this, managers are driven "toward productivity, profits, and customer satisfaction" (ksdfjkdfj pg 489). I expect the outcome for the organizational commitment, subjective profit, objective profit, and objective growth to be weak. I also expect the job satisfaction, quality of products/services, and subjective growth to be moderate while subjective innovation is strong. Adhocracy culture has an external focus and values flexibility. This type of society empowers and inspires employees to take risks. I recommend the Lewin model of change. Here's how to apply it in aligning Techfite's culture with Endothon's. First, unfreezing needs to happen, which means a reason to change has to be communicated with Techfit. A way to do this would be to present Techfite employees compelling arguments highlight how Endothon's culture is better. The second way to apply it would be changing. Change involves learning and doing things differently.This shouldn't be too hard because of it's culture being about employees. Endothon must provide Techfit with new information, new behavioral models, new procedures, etc. The third way to apply this change would be to refreeze. The goal is to support the changes that are being made. Change that is supported will help the employees of Techfite adapt to everything that is different for them. Techfit's culture is flexible and go with the flow, so I don't think the change will be too difficult. The only thing that might be of concern, would be that Endothon is more worried about customer satisfaction than employee
