To improve the teams processes as the continuation of what (The Harvard Business School Press, 2014) states that there are 6 steps to improve the process; map the process, analyse the process, redesign the process, acquire resources, implement and communicate change, and review the process. As what (Holland, 2003) says process mapping is a step in workflow management that seeks to create transparent processes that can be easily assessed and adjusted to increase efficiency. Business process mapping is sometimes referred to as business process modelling.
Analyse the process; this process is going to investigate the problems within the process the root cause analysis, cause and effect analysis, or the 5 whys. Redesign the process, “this process is going to redesign the process to eliminate the problems you are going to identified.” It is best to work with the people who are directly involved in the process.
