Ebola has had 4 cases in the United States, 4 laboratory confirmed cases, and only 1 death in the Unites States so far. The question now is should we be worried about in the united states? As of the date 11/10/2014 only one person in United States still has ebola, two people have gotten cured and only one person has died from the disease. Even though we have only one person with ebola we have many people who may have ebola due to the 21 day ebola incubation period. According to fox news “It's still not clear how the nurses became infected with the virus.” we don’t really have a clue how the disease got transmitted to them. The Center of Disease Control set specific protocols to follow, so that the disease does not spread in the United States. The first protocol is to isolate the patient into a single person room that has a door that can be closed. If visitors are permitted to see the patient you must sign in and sign out on sheet so they can track who goes into the rooms. When anyone enters the room they are required to wear PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment) at all times no matter what happens. The equipment used to monitor the patient should preferably disposable if not the equipment should be properly sanitized according to the hospital rules and regulations. If one of the doctors or nurses makes any contact with a patient's bodily one should the area with soap and water as soon as possible. If any of the doctors working on the patients starts to feel sick, they should immediately report this to their supervisor or other doctors working at the hospital. With all of these safety precautions in place at hospital and many more, one should worry about having a major breakout in the United
