Galileo invented the telescope and Copernicus invented the book, Galileo also saw moons of Jupiter with his invention the telescope. Christopher Columbus and Fedworld Magellan was Early Explorers. Christopher Columbus sailed around the world and found a new route to Asia. Magellan circumnavigated the world in 1519.
Do you know the journey of the first moon landing? I'm going to tell you about the astronauts involved in the landing and about the trip on July 16, 1969 Apollo 11 The primary objective of Apollo 11 was to complete a goal set by John F. Kennedy. The Apollo program had included 400,000 engineers, technicians, and logistic activities. All this cost 24 billion dollars for NASA.
4. Ganymede doesn’t rotate as it orbits; the same side of Ganymede always faces Jupiter. 5. It takes 7 days and 3 hours to complete a single orbit around Jupiter 6. Diameter: 5262 km or 3,269 miles; Distance from Jupiter: 1,070,000 km or 664,000 miles; Orbital period: 7.2 days 7.
Learning about space is difficult, but interesting. A Success in Space by Cameron Keady, and Comet probe may shed light on Earth’s past by Ashley Yeager. Both talk about the probe called the Philae lander, which landed on November 12, helped scientists take a big step forward in learning about space, it landed on comet 67P. The Philae mission was important for scientific research because it helped us figure out more of our solar system’s history, it helped us observe unique things about comet 67P, and it helped us achieve a massive achievement in space travel, being the first spacecraft to land on a comet. First, the Phiale mission revealed more about the history of our solar system.
Autumn Stern Galileo Trial Summary + Copernicus Write Up In the early 17th century, there was no doubt that the Catholic church held extreme power throughout Europe. They also held to the geocentric theory (all planets, heavenly bodies and the sun revolving around the earth) put forth by Ptolemy and Aristotle because of how neatly it could fit into the current teachings. Unlike this theory, however, Galileo enforced Copernicus’ heliocentric theory with inductive reasoning rather than deductive. Galileo made observations about the moons of Jupiter and their orbit around Jupiter, which he likened to a smaller version of their solar system.
The joystick which was created for this rover is now used for video games, wheelchairs, drones, and toys. One probe, MESSENGER, orbited Mercury, the smallest planet in our solar system. MESSENGER was launched on August 3, 2004. It’s mission was to understand Mercury. MESSENGER took panoramic photos and found evidence that there was ice on Mercury.
Galileo Galilei played a very important role in the history of astronomy. He was ambitious and curios about mathematics, astronomy, and physics. His passion lead him to several discoveries that were recorded like the phases of Venus, Jupiter satellites, and the sunspots. Today, Galileo is remembered to be the father of observational astronomy, modern physics, and science. Galileo’s curiosity for the world away from earth lead him to the invention of the first telescope ever created.
The Kepler mission was launched six years ago, at March of 2009. The goal of the program is to the satellite to search for planets that are habitable. The Kepler satellite has found 1031 confirmed exoplanets, 4696 candidate exoplanets, and 12 confirmed exoplanets that are smaller than Earth. Two of the planets the Kepler mission discovers are the Kepler -447b and Kepler-448b.
The progressive movement that took place from 1890-1920 aimed to correct injustices in American life as well as restore economic opportunities. Through the hard work and persistence of all people involved, this movement was fairly successful in achieving its main goals of protecting social welfare, promoting moral improvement, and creating economic reform. Many people in this time fought to protect social welfare. More specifically, the intense and harsh working conditions for industrial workers.
When astronomers such as Copernicus,
Sydney Reed Period 5 Persuasive Commentary on the Exploration of Space Good afternoon, Mrs. Jimenez and peers. I am Sydney Reed, and today I will be presenting my viewpoint on the topic of extreme exploration of space. It is of some debate if this exploration is worth the risk it poses. Some argue that it is costly and dangerous, and they claim it is not worth the risks and costs.
Traditions are something that everyone has practiced since childhood. Whether they have been around for a long time or were only started recently, they are the one event that individuals look forward to throughout the year. People often consider traditions to be enjoyable times; however, not all traditions are pleasant or relaxing; others have a bitter aftertaste. In "The Lottery" by Shirley Jackson, she portrays a century-old custom inside a close-knit community that is tearing people apart rather than bringing them together. Shirley Jackson portrays how society is willing to adhere to practices without understanding or questioning their rationale.

If you don't understand i will explain to you. On the constitution it was titled “We The People” and that constitution brought the states together and united .
Because Galileo was the first to point the telescope to the sky, many new discoveries were made (Cox). Finding something new about Earth’s Moon was one discovery significant to science of the Renaissance. In late November of
Did you know that only happy people are allowed in space? It is because you cannot cry on space as your tears will never fall… Wait, there is more… Did you know that there is a huge reservoir of water that is floating and orbiting in space, and which is the equivalent to about 140 trillion times all the water in the earth’s oceans and seas? Did you know that in 1962, the United States blew up a Hydrogen Bomb in space that was close to hundred times stronger than the Atom Bomb they dropped in Hiroshima?
