Minister and Manager A church ministry cannot live on if it is only run by one man. This is because just like a typical business enterprise, a church is a comprised of various members who seek to know the Lord. Thus, a ministry can be regarded as a community, just like the business entities around the world. In line with this premise, this paper will provide for interviews with a minister and a manager of a particular business. These interviews will discuss the similarities and the different administration styles between the minister and the manager. Hence, he makes sure that everybody participates, much more in how a decision is made. Through a group's synergy, favorable outcomes are achieved because the contribution of the members is directly proportional with how a decision affects them (Boundless 2015). Johnsons (2016) regarded this type of leadership is participative because the manager boosts employee's morale by allowing them to participate and contribute in the decision making process. Aside from that, both of these leaders are after how each of their members is able to participate actively for the welfare of their organizations. Making the members feel that they belong to the entity they are in makes them feel that they should do their best because without them, the ministry or the company will not be able to survive. Hence, ministers and managers must be able to serve with the best of their ability because after all, good leadership equates success, may it be in the church or the business
