Anaemia is defined as impairment of the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood. It can be classified based on the underlying causes or the morphology of red blood cells (RBCs). Blood loss, which can be acute due to trauma and chronic due to iron deficiency will reduce the amount of RBCs, leading to anaemia. Anaemia can also be caused by increased RBCs destruction, termed haemolytic anaemia. Haemolytic anaemia can be inherited or acquired later on.
Getting enough iron is the biggest concern for vegetarians. However, eating food like legumes, tofu, green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and dried fruits can provide iron. Vegetarians can take an iron supplement as another option. Vitamin B12 is a vitamin only found in animal products. B12 helps generate red blood cells and helps regulate the nervous system.
Sickle cell anemia, also known as sickle cell disorder, is a blood disorder of inherited abnormal hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is the red blood cells that carry oxygen. When the hemoglobin is abnormal, the red blood cells become distorted, otherwise known as sickled. These cells become delicate and are disposed to rupture. When the amount of ruptured red blood cells decrease, anemia occurs.

Symptoms could include fatigue, breathlessness, and a pale complexion due to lack of red blood cells, recurring infections due to lack of white blood cells, unexpected bleeding and bruising due to lack of platelets (Health Talk, 2015). Other, more uncommon, symptoms may include abnormal enlargement of the liver or spleen, diseases affecting the lymph nodes, gum hypertrophy, skin infiltration, and petechiae (Bain, 2003). Symptoms could also arise depending on where the leukaemia cells have infiltrated; for example, if leukaemia cells are present in the brain, symptoms could include headaches, seizures, confusion, loss of muscle control, and vomiting (Stöppler, 2015). Leukaemia symptoms are discreet and very subtle, making the disease hard to diagnose without numerous laboratory

Rapid elevations in potassium or very high potassium levels may produce symptoms such as muscle weakness, paralysis, cardiac arrhythmias, and even death.
In the first comic books, Iron Man was now known as being a new superhero (other than batman) that has no superpowers but rather born into wealth which allows him to ‘build’ his superpowers and his armour that will allow him to do everything he can. Iron Man was born into wealth because of the weapons his father’s company, which later he would inherit, produced. We can see in this comic that Iron Man is very big and bulky. There are no definitions in his armour and no noticeable weapons, which means his suit was build for protection rather than for the fighting capabilities. The suit was made out of metal and had no colouring.
