Friar is to blame for Romeo and Juliet's death by having Juliet faking her death to buy some time and when Romeo finds out Juliet is "dead" he never gets the letter from Friar and the plan goes downhill. Romeo goes to her grave and then Romeo drinks poison because he thought Juliet was dead and Juliet stabs herself with a sword because Romeo drank poison. Friar thought his plan would work by marrying Romeo and Juliet and that it would stop the feud between the Montagues and the Capulets, but it did not work and Romeo and Juliet died (Acts 2-5). This clearly shows that Friar Lawrence caused the death of both Romeo and Juliet because the Friar's plan did not work and they both died (Act 5). Another reason why Friar is to blame for Romeo and Juliet's death is because his plan was not thought out right and Friar killed Romeo and Juliet by killing each other. This clearly shows another reason why the Friar is to blame for Romeo and Juliet's death because he had a bad plan and he did not think it out and it did not work out (Acts 1-5). The friar's plan was very bad because he married Romeo and Juliet without their parents knowing. Once Juliet gets the poison from Friar, she drinks it and is taken to a grave. Friar tries to send a letter to Romeo, but Romeo never gets the letter and Friar's plan fails. Acts 1-5. -. Romeo and Juliet are dead because the Friar thought the plan would work out, but it failed terribly. The Friar’s plan was for Romeo and Juliet to get married. Romeo gets kicked out of town for killing Tybalt. Juliet is forced to marry Paris if she does not. Juliet's father will punish her, but then the next day, Juliet drinks the vial given from the Friar. Romeo is supposed to get a letter from the Friar, but it never gets delivered. Acts 2-5.
