JCK LLC is an accounting firm headed by four exceptional accounting professionals, Carter, Erica, Dean, and Priya, who have over 25 years of first-hand experience in the accounting world. Carter and Erica have expertise in auditing while Priya and Dean excel in taxation. Distinguished for our industry knowledge, we provide excellent proactive skills in understanding and anticipating our clients’ business problems before they become obstacles. Every quarter, our tax accountants must meet set expectations and goals, and if they exceed said goals, they will be rewarded. For example, one of our goals will be that every employee files at least 100 tax returns during tax season. The expectations set for the employees will be for them to provide tax returns with no errors and to do it in a very timely manner, as their work will reflect the company and lead to its growth. After the goal of 100 tax returns is met, the rewards system will come into play. The employees will be paid a small $50 bonus for every tax return they file after the 100th. There will also be a reward for bringing in new employees that meet all qualifications and can work up to company standards, and promotions will be based on the quality of work an employee provides while also considering how long they have worked for our …show more content…

Once our accounting firm reaches a stable number of employees to file taxes it will begin to work on structuring an auditing department. For this department, we will be using a different reward system that will be based on teams. Since for each auditing project that our firm takes on, a team of people will have to work together to overlook all their financial statements. Thus, our rewards system will be based on the amount of revenue a team brings to the firm from the client with which it works. For each big-name business that a team can bring to have their auditing done with our firm, the team will receive a bonus based on revenue. Promotions under the auditing department will be simple, similar to the ones for taxing. Employees who show quality work and outstanding leadership attributes as well as experience will be considered for promotions.
Another way we plan on growing our firm internally is by rewarding our audit department for the types of clients it introduces. Having this reward system in place will motivate the department to bring in more large businesses, subsequently helping our firm grow. As we bring those businesses in, our job is to provide quick and accurate work so that through word of mouth, our firm begins to build a name for itself and attract other companies to entrust their finances to
