In the play, “Othello”, written by William Shakespeare, Iago was the person that brought jealousy upon Othello and brought the tragedy upon everyone who was involved. I can say Iago is responsible to a certain degree for Desdemona’s death. The connection was if it was not for Iago, who planned those thoughts into Othello’s mind, he would not go as far as killing his lovely wife.
