A leader plays a vital position in many aspects of life. Having these qualities and being able to influence people to move or act in a certain direction, is a powerful position to hold. When a leader fails to lead his followers honestly or in a positive and benefitting manner, the followers are now left with a decision of whether they abandon their once leader, or continue to follow them through this low point. As a new employee, he did not start at the top, but at this position he learned the trick of the trade and developed skills that would help him in his future career.
