It’s very influential concept within the book is what the author calls the Keystone Habit. The author states that when an individual can make a change to one key habit, change seems to torrent into many other habits and other areas of life. Some habits can effect positively or negatively on the reaction in the workforce. So this Keystone habit could be influence about how people work, live, and communicate.
