Change Management Change is inevitable and every business organization should embrace change to fix its current problems. Change management involves an increase in managing complexities of a company. It is essential when the project team has the knowledge on how to manage intricacy of over increasing customer's demands. Because there is an increase in complexity and the company is still using traditional organizational structure (pyramid type) that does not promote creativity and participation of employees in decision making processes, a change is needed to ensure there is a proper organizational structure which can increase involvement and creativity of employees (Huang & Mak, 1999). In addition, the company has not invested in training and development opportunities and its processes and software systems for inventory management have become antiquated. All these problems have occurred due to increase in complexities and their solutions can be achieved through the implementation of change such as the introduction of integrated inventory management system.
