Final over my organizational communications class course I have learned a variety of information that will use to become a better leader. The first is communication as information transfer which is information transfer is the process of moving messages containing user information from a source to a specific channel to a receiver. Second we have communication as transactional process which is the transactional model of communication positions both communicators as senders and receivers who encode their own messages and decode others' messages in the context of both communicators' individual and shared experiences. It is an interdependent model, and each element exists in relation to the others. Thirdly we have communication as strategic control- Strategic control can be defined as process of monitoring as to whether to various strategies adopted by the organization are helping its internal environment to be matched with the external environment. Strategic control processes allow managers to evaluate a company's program from a critical long-term perspective. This involves a detailed and objective analysis of a company's organization and its ability to maximize its strengths and market opportunities. The
