Communication is Exchanging Information and Ideas between two or more people. The effective communication is very important for our personal life and the business also. In the business needs good effective communication, if the business not has a good effective communication then the business have to face the Loss? But if the business has a good effective communication then the business is getting profit.
Effective Communication is like a process. It means communication is going between people step by step.

I have notice in this department staff are misusing internet facilities. Such as for personal enjoyment, downloading movies and non-work related items.
Misusing internet for such things is not goods in working area. Because of this kind of not good habits resulting our company production level gone down and our expenses is getting higher than compare it before. This will effect both to the company and staffs as well.
If these kinds of things are repeating as a manager I have to take an action like giving notice, have to pay fine or staff will be fired. I hope that all staff will take this matter seriously and show your best performance to the company.
