Strengths and Vulnerabilities:
To understand what are the different opinions about leadership and how other people would evaluate my leadership style, I asked to 3 of my best friends’ opinions about that subject. The reason that I chose 3 of my best friends to share their opinion is because I believe that they are the people who would evaluate my strengths and weaknesses for assuming a leadership role most properly and objectively. Their names are Kübra K., Caroline Meriç B., Ecemnaz C.

To increase my self-awareness even more; my short-term development plan includes talking with more than 10 people and listen to their criticism about me. My long-term development plan includes keeping a journal because a journal makes you more aware of what you're doing and where problems might be coming from because you can document anything. (Lifehacker.com, 2017) As a social skill, I should improve my presentation skills. My short-term development plan about increasing my presentation skills includes making presentations to my friends and family members and try to use eye contact, facial expression, tone and volume of voice, movements and gestures in the most proper way. My long-term development plan includes going to seminars and observing speakers’ attitudes during their presentation, and asking their opinion about which steps should be followed in order to increase someone’s presentation
