Nurse educators serve as faculty members in nursing schools and teaching hospitals, sharing their knowledge and skills to prepare the next generation of nurses for effective practice. They develop lesson plans, teach courses, evaluate educational programs, oversee students’ clinical practice and serve as role models for their students. They may teach general courses or focus on areas of specialization, such as geriatric nursing, pediatric nursing or nursing informatics.
Most nurse educators have extensive clinical experience, and many continue caring for patients after becoming educators. Even if they no longer practice, nurse educators must stay current with new nursing methods and technologies, which keeps them on the leading edge of clinical

The teaches by knowing the general principles of these theories can use their knowledge more effectively according to various learning situations understanding of learning theories, which form the core of the educational psychology, is important in education to help us in providing an environment for learning increasing the efficiency of the education system and harmonization in education (Joyce, Weit and Calhoun, 2005) behavioural objectives theory such as paulov classical conditioning and thorn dive theory are very import art in clinical training in nursing in particular, in the mental motive area because it can be used as a guide for teaching and evaluation of students’ clinical performance. The found action of education is based on the behaviourism competence (Berman and Snyder, …show more content…
They insist upon the importance of practice and repetition in learning they believe that the final behaviour would make it to repeat again. Accordingly, positive or negative reinforcement can be used to encourage the repetition of the behaviour. Among the applications of this approach is the influence on the learner’s emotional reactions. Emotional response to an experience maybe positive or negative. Bad experiences can leard to fear or awaiety. The theory of transponders conditioning or Pavlov classical conditioning is one of those behavioral theories. One of the other proposed theories in this subset is the theorndice theory, which is described as the selectivity or choosing a response among a set of organism available responses and transplant that response to the driving position. Theorndike stated that in learning or problem-solving situation, the learner answers repeatedly up to an appropriate position for one of the responses (or to solve the problem). In nursing education, it is possible to provide access to skills by performing the procedures through using the mannequins. Thus, by using the harmless trial and error method, the students will gain to the desired skills. Satisfying results will lead to its strengthening. Unpleasant results cause the students to find alternative answer through trial and eror and eventually
