Leonardo Leonardo DA Vinci is considered by some as the most intelligent man that has ever lived. His ideas are still studied and used today. Leonardo was born on April 15, 1452 in a farmhouse nestled in the hills of Tuscany outside the village of Anchiano, which is present day Italy. His father was Sir Piero and his mother was a young peasant woman by the name of Caterina. Leonardo was born out of wedlock and had family problems in his youth years.

He studied things that other people didn’t know. Leonardo was very gifted. His two most famous paintings are the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. He had an intelligent mind.
During the medieval era, Leonardo Da Vinci was very interested in flying machines; how you could create them and their purposes. Thus, leading him to invent one of the earliest known parachutes. Not only was his design impressive and very useful, it has also been proven to work. One of the most influential people of the olden times is Leonardo Da Vinci, this is due to his impeccable inventions and his beautiful creations of art. He is known for blending art and science together in a beautiful way.

His research were largely ignored by other scholars because had had no education in Mathematics and Latin when he was younger. Da Vinci’s views were integrated with his art, especially with his studies in anatomy. His inventions helped society learn. One thing that he fiddled with in science was natural science.
The artist of my choice in this case would be Leonardo da Vinci. He is an Italian artist who made history in inventions, painting, sculpturing, and engineering among other fields. Leonardo da Vinci is considered as one of the greatest painters to ever exist (Freud 34). His exploits in enhancing humanism in paintings are epitomized in the renaissance period (Burke 211). Vinci’s imaginations and immense curiosity are still remembered as some of the aspects that complemented his talent.
For my research paper I decided to write about a man who wasn't known as just an artist, but a writer, Mathematician, and an inventor, Leonardo da Vinci. I first heard of him back in middle school when we were shown a huge beautiful wooden portrait of “The Last Supper”, and beyond that, I’ve seen him as one of the most famous and influential artists of all time.
