List and explain at least two central traits of the person being examined. What makes them central traits? Two central traits of mine are hardworking and kind. In a way these two traits are affected by the above mentioned cardinal traits. I would describe myself as hardworking because I work with commitment to my goals and I am intrinsically motivated to reach these thus and for the most part I give things my all. For example for this assignment I am ensuring that I answer all the questions required of me and ensuring that I am truly self-reflecting on these skills. This is because I like to think that I am diligent but also because I have a goal of achieving a good grade in this course and ultimately this semester. Next, the trait kindness is also influenced by my need to lead an honest life. Kindness is especially important when being honest with people. I Strive to be considerate and benevolence to people because I not only believe in treating others the way you want to be treated but exacting people to treat you the way I have treated them. Therefore if I treated someone badly, I fully expected the same treatment in return and vice
