She was a model, actress, and singer. She was famous for many things and was loved by many and her death should be an important historical moment. Marilyn Monroe was being treated for depression and even stayed at a hospital in the psych ward. Madilyn didn’t like the hospital and so she was released. After being released from the hospital she later committed suicide. She died of a drug overdose August 5th, 1962. Her maid noticed Marilyn’s bedroom door was locked and when she called out her name she didn’t get a response. Her maid called Marilyn’s psychiatrist. The doctor went in through the window and found her dead. But 911 wasn’t called till hours later. She was found on her bed surrounded by pills.Police ruled it a probable suicide.
