The study revealed that university policies on employee development methods increase the career path to put positive contribution to the firm performance such as counselling facilities and retirement preparation programs. 5-Recommendations Based on findings, we recommend that firm should give favourable working environment and condition to employees for productive performance and who want to work for career progression that will attract potential new employees.
