• Master Coach’s self-assessment of strengths demonstrated: I worked hard and diligent to ensure that the team was ready and prepared. I sent emails and met in person to ensure that all team members were comfortable with FTM process. The round became challenging as the team members were faced with challenges with obtaining cases needed for the process, work schedule conflicts (2 Intake and Permanency staff), and however we as a team overcame these challenges and completed the FTM without inconveniencing our families. Overall, she has shown her ability to assess and encourage her team to demonstrate their strengths and areas of need. Therefore documentation and feedback was not always deleivered in a timely fashion.
