• Master Coach’s self-assessment of strengths demonstrated: I worked hard and diligent to ensure that the team was ready and prepared. I sent emails and met in person to ensure that all team members were comfortable with FTM process. The round became challenging as the team members were faced with challenges with obtaining cases needed for the process, work schedule conflicts (2 Intake and Permanency staff), and however we as a team overcame these challenges and completed the FTM without inconveniencing our families. Overall, she has shown her ability to assess and encourage her team to demonstrate their strengths and areas of need. Case Practice Liaison’s assessment of areas to be developed by Master Coach: There was a delay in completing this process. There were vacations, leaves, pregnencies that delayed this process. Therefore documentation and feedback was not always deleivered in a timely fashion. I intervened, explained and applied policy where required. I involved the supervisor and the worker of conflicts regarding the family, policy and/or best case practice. I applied miracle questioning, ensured that the team and families are aware that “what could go wrong” is as vital to the FTM process and is all planning. I was able to identify areas that were problematic for the team, staff and families if not addresses or
