MasterCard leverages on the unique assets, views, and experiences of employees through support of Business Resource Groups (BRGs). These self-governed groups consist of individuals who come together based on similar interests or experiences, such as gender, ethnicity or number of years in industry. BRG members help identify business opportunities that address the needs of diverse consumers by providing feedback on new ideas and initiatives, partnering with specific organizations, and reaching out to their communities. In turn, employees in BRGs gain an chance to expand their cultural awareness, develop leadership skills, and network with colleagues across all business units and at all levels, including senior leadership.
