People in our world are going to deal with some sort of illnesses, with an average of visiting the doctor four times a year, we will end up in the hospital at some point in our lives. The health care field in general is a very unique and eye opening for many reasons, especially when it comes to the Mayo Clinic organization. Mayo Clinic is a very unique for a countless number of things, yet some reasons include its background, the illnesses it has to deal with, and how Mayo Clinic is looking into the future for its patients.

Along with the primary values, they wanted to set a values statement in place as well. Respect is the first word, and they want to treat everyone in the community with dignity, from patients, families, and colleagues. Integrity was set into the spot so that they trust the patients at the highest standard of professionalism. Having over 50,000 workers, and blending the kills of every individual, is why teamwork is a major key to their success.
