I am grateful to experience what it is like to have an extraordinary employer. Not many people can say they had the chance to work for someone who is not only a strong leader, but an exceptional mentor. I had the pleasure of working as a Residential Assistance for Mr. Joseph at Florida Memorial University for a year, and I could not have asked for a better experience. His dedication and passion for the students at Florida Memorial University was refreshing and uplifting. In Residential Life, our main focus was the residence’s housing experience; however, Mr. Joseph sincerely cared about each student’s wellbeing and success.

Not to mention, the person has to like what they are doing or else the job won’t be worth it. Emma is not only mature enough to handle the job, but is inclusive and personable enough that this job will be an amazing fit for her.
It’s her dream place to work. This hospital has the most income of patients and she wants to help as many as possible. It’s also associated with a school which can help her move even higher up the healthcare field if she pleases. With all of these hopes and dreams, along with the help and support of her loving family, I believe Andi can do anything and everything she puts her mind to. I think she will become a great nurse and a great friend of mine.

In this case Beth’s mom didn’t want her child to have a paraprofessional which is understandable because since her daughter has Down syndrome it appears she has taught her daughter over the years to be independent and she strongly feels as though her daughter is well enough equipped to handle herself in a school high school environment. Although during Beth’s sophomore year, her original paraprofessional was replaced by one stayed on her like “Velcro” this is what Beth’s mom wanted to strongly avoid while her daughter was in high school. Since this new paraprofessional was always telling Beth what to do, and constantly insisting she leave class early, and generally making a scene of their interactions. This may be as to why it didn’t take long
