So I would advice that an executive committee, and other small committees be created. Theses committes would be a small group of important employees within the organization, such as the president, vice president, and other employees. 1. Why did you choose this article? I chose Physicians Recruitment, because I have always been interested in HR within the healthcare field. Last semester I took a class a about human resources and I learned a lot about the recruiting process, and I found it very interesting. I also found it interesting that this article can be very useful in being a good recruiter in a society, in which it is so difficult to hire physicians. 2. Please do a one page summary of how you will apply this to your role as a medical practice administrator The article 7 Steps for Successful Physicians Recruitment starts off by stating that recruiting physicians is proving to be hard task, and is not looking to improve. Since it can be so hard this article describes 7 steps to hire the very best. The 7 steps set an organization up for success in having the most qualified physicians. Step 1- set up expectation of physicians that work best with our organization. Have clear picture of what you’re looking for, examples experienced doctors or doctors right out of residency. Other factors to concern when looking for the perfect candidate are different specialties, and customer satisfaction qualities. Just have clear image of what you are looking forward, and try not to stray away from what you are looking
